Terms of service

The service. Burleson Plumbing arranges plumbing service through independently owned companies. When you call (817) 623-9614, the plumbing company that serves your ZIP code answers, gives you a written estimate and does the work. That company, or a company that buys calls on its behalf, pays Burleson Plumbing a fee for the call. Burleson Plumbing does not perform, supervise or guarantee the work. Using plumbingburleson.com or calling (817) 623-9614 means you accept these terms.

Information on the site. Pages give general information about plumbing problems, costs and local conditions. They are not professional advice, and cost ranges are not quotes. Rely only on the written estimate of the company that sees the job.

Your agreement is with the company you hire. The company that takes your call sets its own prices and is responsible for its work, licenses, permits and insurance. Check its license with your state's licensing board where one is required, and read its contract before you sign. The company that answers may differ by ZIP code and time of day.

No warranty. The site and phone line are provided "as is". Burleson Plumbing does not promise that a company will be available at a given time, and makes no warranty about any company's work, prices, licenses or insurance.

Limits of liability. To the extent the law allows, Burleson Plumbing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for the acts or omissions of any company you hire, and its total liability for any claim about the site or phone line is limited to $100.

Calls and recordings. Calls may be recorded for quality, billing and to settle disputes. Where the law requires consent, you are told before recording starts, and staying on the call is your consent.

Privacy. How we handle your information, and how to opt out of its sale or sharing, is set out in the privacy policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Montana, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
